How do I claim my free month of Max?
If you’re eligible, you’ll receive an email from Anthropic with a unique link to claim the promo:

Select Max 5x or Max 20x - both options include one month free.
You’ll need to add a credit card to complete the sign-up (this is required for billing authentication, even though the first month is free). Note that you will be billed at the end of the free month if you do not cancel before then.
Your free month begins immediately upon sign-up.
The offer started on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at 8 AM PT, and is available for three days only, ending at 7:59am PT on Saturday, November 1. If you adopt the offer, you’ll receive a reminder email three days before your subscription auto-renews, reminding you about the upcoming auto-renewal so that you may cancel if you do not wish to auto-renew.
What happens after my free month ends?
After your free month expires, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard monthly rate for the plan you selected (Max 5x or Max 20x). You’ll be charged to the credit card you provided during sign-up.
You can cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date if you don’t wish to continue. Three days before your subscription renews, you’ll receive a reminder email.

The Claude Pro promotion for professionals is a one-day campaign that offers one free month of the Pro plan to new users who sign up with a work email address. This promotion is designed to help knowledge workers and professionals experience the enhanced capabilities of Claude Pro.

To be eligible for this promotion, you must meet the following criteria:
