How to Get Support for Claude for Government

This article explains how Claude for Government Owners and Primary Owners can contact Anthropic Support. We've designed a specialized process to ensure your sensitive information remains secure while providing you with the help you need.

How to Get Started

  1. Log in to your Owner or Primary Owner Claude for Government account.

  2. Click your initials or name in the lower left corner and select “Get help” from the menu.

  3. You will be directed to a page describing additional guidelines for our specialized support process.

  4. Follow the guidelines described on that page to submit a support inquiry.
