Appeals

As part of our safety process, we may ban an account for a variety of reasons:

If you feel your account has been wrongly suspended or terminated, please fill out the appeal form linked below with your account information so our Safeguards team can further investigate why your account was disabled.

Cyber Restrictions

As part of our safety process, we may apply restrictions to accounts that contain Cyber violative traffic. These restrictions are put in place to ensure Claude is used safely and in accordance with our Usage Policy.

If you work in cybersecurity and believe your account has been incorrectly restricted, please fill out the form below to share more context about your use case. Our Safeguards team will evaluate your submission and may adjust restrictions based on the additional information provided.

Warnings

As part of our safety process, we warn users if we believe their prompts are violating our Usage Policy. For API customers, these warnings are linked to ongoing thresholds of violative behavior across their entire API account.
