This article explains how Claude for Government Admins can contact Anthropic Support. We've designed a specialized process to ensure your sensitive information remains secure while providing you with the help you need.
How to get started
Claude for Government Desktop Org Admins or Tenant Admins can click "Support" at the bottom of the Claude for Government admin portal. This will open a help center article with a messenger icon in the lower right corner. Click "Send us a message" to initiate the support process.
Note: Only Claude for Government Desktop Org Admins and Tenant Admins can access this prioritized support path. If you have a different role and need to contact Support, please have an Org Admin or Tenant Admin submit the request on your behalf.
